Beth Moore, a rebellious serial Scripture twister who spends her days usurping the role of men in the home and in church, recently published a clip on YouTube comparing quiet, submissive women to weak-willed women.

Quoting from 2 Timothy 3:

For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth.

she compares these “weak women” to those who have chosen to be obedient to the Scriptures’ commands for women to remain silent in the Church. Responding to the hypothetical question about women being quiet in church, she responds in typical serpent-like fashion, “did God really say?” by posing her own question:

I’m asking you, in the Heavenly places, are you kicking up some dust? Because did you get the idea in your head that honestly the will of God for a woman is for you to be weak and silly?

Of course, no true God-fearing woman believes that being quiet and submissive in the church is “weak and silly.” Only rebellious women, like Beth Moore, do.

By the way, we all know that if any woman is “weak and silly,” it’s Beth Moore.
